Give Advocate Volunteer

The Family Peace Project

Who We Are

We are a 501 c3 non-profit serving victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault in the Kaufman, Henderson, and Van Zandt counties. We provide services to victims through advocacy, therapy, counseling, CPS mandated courses, trainings and many more. Our volunteer opportunities range from making some home-cooked meals or donating needed items, administrative duties, painting/organizing an office, and all the way up to advocacy, life-coaching and the many opportunities in between. We also have many opportunities to work with children either through tutoring, play therapy, helping in our after school program, or being a mentor.
